筛前神经压榨术治疗常年性鼻炎的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价筛前神经压榨术治疗常年性鼻炎的远期疗效。方法 :观察行双侧筛前神经压榨术的常年性鼻炎患者 4 6例的 1、3、5、8年的疗效 ,并进行疗效比较。结果 :1、3、5、8年有效率分别为 76 .0 8%、6 7.39%、6 7.39%、5 8.70 %,随着时间的推移 ,有效率逐渐下降。结论 :筛前神经压榨术虽然不能解除患者全部症状 ,但手术简单 ,远期疗效满意 ,值得推广使用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of anterior ethmoidal nerve surgical treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis.Method:46 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated with anterior ethmoid nerve surgery.Result:46 cases were followed up for 1,3,5,8 years respectively,whose effective rate was 76.08%,67.39%,67.39%,58.70% respectively.Conclusion:This method has many advantages such as safe and satisfactory effect in treating perennial allergic rhinitis.
