摘 要:1989年早春和夏季盆栽试验,探讨了 GA_3和 CCC 处理对东非狼尾草(Pennisetum clandestinum cv.Whitet)和非洲狗尾草(Setaria anceps cv.Nandi)生长及干物质(DM)生产性能的影响.结果表明:GA_3处理显著促进了两种牧草地上部的伸长生长,特别是茎的伸长生长和 DM 积累,CCC 处理则具显著负效应;GA_3和 CCC 处理对两种牧草叶面积扩展均无显著影响;GA_3处理影响两种牧草植株体内 DM 分配,提高茎 DM 重的百分率,而 CCC 处理无此效果;GA_3处理提高了东非狼尾草的 NAR 和 RGR,从而显著提高了 CGR 和 DM 产量,CCC 处理则显著降低 CGR 和 DM 产量;NAR 与茎的生长强度呈正相关.Effects on the growth and dry matter productivity of Kikuyugrass(Pemisetum clandestinumcv.Whitet)and Setariagrass(Setaria anceps cv.Nandi)by foliar application of 10^(-)3 mol/L gibberellic acid(GA_3)and cycocel(CCC)were studied in pot trials during early spring and summer,1989.The elongationgrowth of stem and leaf,especially,the growth and dry matter(DM)accumulation in stem of both grasseswere significantly promoted by GA_3 and retarded by CCC treatment.The leaf area expension in two kinds ofgrass was not affected significantly neither by GA_3 nor by CCC treatment.GA_3 treatment increased the netassimilation rate(NAR)and relative growth rate(RGR),thus providing the increase of the crop growth rate(CGR)and DM yield in Kikuyugrass.CCC treatment decreased the CGR and DM yield of both grasses bydecreasing their NAR and RGR.NAR was positively correlated with stem growth rate.
