摘　　要：目的　探讨不良妊娠史的细胞遗传学特点。方法　对遗传咨询者外周血淋巴细胞行染色体常规G显带核型分析。结果　在 30 9对有不良妊娠史遗传咨询的夫妇中 ,发现异常核型 2 9例 ,总的异常率为 4 .6 9%。结论　染色体核型异常是导致不良妊娠史的重要因素之一 ,对夫妻双方行细胞遗传学检查 ,可大大降低遗传缺陷儿的出生率。Objective: to investigate the characteristics of abnormal gestation and birth by cytogenetic study. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocytic culture and microscopy were adopted to detect the chromosome karyotype. Results: 309 couples had the history of abnormal gestation and birth, and 29 cases with chromosomal abnormalities of karyotype were found. Conclusion: Chromosome abnormalities may be one of the important causes of abnormal gestation and birth, cytogenetics detection for such couples can make a reduction in genetic defective child's birth.
