摘 要:用五个芽黄品种(系)作父本,与标准系 TM-1杂交。杂种一代再与轮回亲本 TM-1回交,每一世代都针对芽黄性状进行选择,于1988年得到4个具有相同遗传背景,只有芽黄基因不同的近等基因系材料.对20个性状的方差分析表明:V_1对纤维整齐度,V_9对2.5%跨距长度有负的影响,对其它晶质性状无影响。V_9、V_1使得陆地棉生育期延迟。但 V_9比 V_1影响小。V_1使得霜前花(%)减少,V_9对早熟性无影响。V_1、V_9近等基因系与 TM-1比较,V_1在棉花籽棉产量和皮棉产量两方面都明显减少。达到极显著水平。V_9则分别达到极显著和显著水平。V_1、V_9对株高、单株果枝数、籽指三者产生负影响,V_1对单株铃数、衣指有负影响。V_1、V_9在苗期和现蕾期对棉花的光合速率不存在显著的影响。Five virescent strains were crossed as male parents with thc standard linc TM-1,F_1 hybridswere backcrossed with TM-1 as recurrent parcnt.Selections were conductcd on vircsccnt characters for eachgeneration.Four naer-isogenic lines of cotton were developed with a common genetic background but with adifferent individual virescent gene in 1988.The results from analysis of variance indicate that both V_1 and V_9 have no effect on quality traits exceptthat V_1has ncgativc influence on uniformity index and V_9 on 2.5% span length.Growth period postponc wasaffected by V_1 andV_9.Percentage of yield before frost to the total yield decreases owing to V_1's impact whileV_9 has no influence on maturity.In comparison with TM-1,there is obvious reduction between V_1 andTM-1 both in seed yield and lint yield at extremely significant level,V_9 and TM-1 at extremely significantlevel and significant level,respectively.
