仙人掌对老龄小鼠抗应激作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察仙人掌的抗应激作用。方法 :选择 18月龄老年小鼠 ,分成对照组、小剂量给药组、大剂量给药组。给药组分别灌胃仙人掌水煎液 4 0 g/kg和 8 0 g/kg ,每日 1次 ,连续 5天。各组进行耐常压缺氧试验 ,游泳试验 ,耐寒试验和耐高温试验。结果 :仙人掌水煎液能显著延长老龄小鼠游泳时间和耐高温时间 ,提高老龄小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的生存时间 ,降低小鼠在低温环境下死亡率。结论 :仙人掌能提高老年小鼠的抗应激能力。Objective:Antistress action of Opuntia Dilenii Haw were observed. Methods: Mice of 18 months old were chosed and divided into control group,low dosage group and high dosage group.The later two groups were orally given Opuntia Dilenii Haw decoction in doses of 4.0g and 8.0g per kg of body weight per day respectively for 5 days.Hypoxia tolerance test,swimming test,cold tolerance test and thermostable test were done.Results: Opuntia Dilenii Haw decoction significantly prolonged swimming duration and thermostable duration,increased the survival time in Hypoxia tolerance test,and reduced mortality of old mice in cold test.Conclusion: Opuntia Dilenii Haw enhanced antistress ability of old mice.
