银屑病患者的个性特征、心理状态及生活质量的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨银屑病患者的个性特征、心理状态及其生活质量。方法 :采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)、症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )及生活质量综合评定问卷 (GQOLI)对 119例银屑病患者进行了测试 ,并同正常人加以比较。结果 :(1)银屑病组的N分及P分明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )银屑病组的SCL - 90各因子分均明显高于中国常模 (P均 <0 0 1) ,突出表现在焦虑、抑郁、躯体化及恐怖四个方面 ;(3)银屑病组的总体生活质量较正常对照组差 (P <0 0 1) ,涉及到躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活四个维度 ,其中以心理健康和躯体健康影响最大。结论 :银屑病患者存在诸多方面的心理问题及个性改变 ,其生活质量较差。Objective:To explore the personality?mentality and quality of life of the psoriasis patients.Methods:Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)?Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)and the General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI)were used of the 119 psoriasis patients,compared with nomal person controls.Results:(1)The scores of N and P of the psoriasis patients was higher than that of normal person(P<0.01);(2)The scores of all factors of SCL-90 of the psoriasis patients group were higher than that in Chinese norm(P<0.01),The distinct manifestation were anxiety,depression,somatization and phobia;(3)The score of the psoriasis patients were lower than that of the controls on the quality of life and subfactor such as physical function,mental function,social function and economic condition,especially on physical health and mental health.Conclusions:The psoriasis patients had the problems of special personality and many aspect of psychology.The quality of life of psoriasis patients were lower.
