摘  要:从芦苇塘处理污水的土壤中高集分离列硫酸还原细菌生理群及单菌株 Desulfococcus sp.该菌株的菌落呈椭圆形,黑色、大小0.1~0.5mm,菌体球状,能运动,大多两个配对.直径2μm,G^-,不生芽孢,最适生长温度32~38.5℃,最适生长 pH7.5.能利用脂肪酸,丙酮酸和笨甲酸等.硫酸还原细菌生理群能忍受和降解苯酚、苯甲酸,2,4—二硝基酚.忍受苯酚的最高浓度为2000ppm、170小时内、苯酚降解率75%.Desulfococcus sp.能以苯甲酸为碳源,9天内,苯甲酸降解率70.8%。生理群和 Desulfococcus sp.均能以上述芳香化合物为底物与产甲烷细菌 Methanobacterium sp.进行联合产甲烷作用,加速代谢过程.The physiology group of sulfate-reducing bacteria and Desulfococcus sp.were isolated fromreed pond.The colonies of this strain was spheroid,and it's size was 0.1~0.5mm.The cell of this strain wasspherical,2μm in diameter,Gram-negative and Generally motile.Spore formation was not observe.Optimum temperature, 32~38.5℃.Optimum pH7.5,Using fatty acids, pyruvate and benzoate as carbonsourcc,the physiology group of sulfate reducing bacteria can tolerate and degradate the phenol,benzoateand 2.4-2 nitro-phenols and the highest concentration of tolerating phenol was about 2000 ppm and thedegradative rate was about 75%,Desulfococcus sp.can use benzoate as the sole carbon sourcc and candegradate it,the degradative rate is about 70.8%in 9 days.Both the physiology group of sulfate-rcdu(?)ingbacteria and Desulfococcus sp.can use the above aromatic compounds as substrate to carry out a associa(?)grole with methanogenic bacteria.
