摘 要:查明了我国的一种新病害即玉米根腐线虫病。该病在所调查的冀、晋、豫、鲁、苏5省普遍发生。在17市(县)的玉米根样和根际土样中,病原线虫出现频率分别高达92%和82%。病株根系稀少,根部发生坏死病斑,地上部瘦弱矮小。病原鉴定为斯克里布纳短体线虫 Pratylenchus scribneri。P.scribneri 纯培养群体接种五米苗后,诱发与田间病株相似的症状,并繁殖同一种线虫。接种量为5000条/钵的处理苗,经12周后,根内 P.scribneri 群体密度高达1619条/gDW;与对照相比,病株株高、顶叶叶颈高度和干重分别下降11%、14%和22%。Extensive field investigation and systematic pathogenicity experiments demonstrated a newdisease in China—the com disease caused by lesion nematodes.The causal nematode was identified asPratylenchus scribneri.This disease is very common in north China.92% of the root samples and 82% of thesoil samples collected from 16 counties(cities)of Hebei,Shanxi,Henan,Shandong and Jiangsu were in-fested with P.seribneri.Pathogenicity tests of monoxenic cultured P.scribneri on corn cultivar〃Lingda 9〃were carried out un-der outdoor condition with three kinds of inocula:600,2000,and 5000 P.scrib(?)eri per pot respectively.The results indicated that P.scribneri built large populations and induced severe necrosis on corn roots.Theinoculum of 5000 P.scribneri per pot significantly decreased plant height and dry mass by 11% and 22%respectively in 12 weeks after inoculation.The root-rot percentage was as high as 67% and the infected rootscontained 1 619 P.scribneri per gram of dry mass.
