麦后移栽棉和直播棉糖氮代谢特性的研究

摘　　要：以麦套移栽棉为对照,对麦后移栽棉、麦后直播棉生育过程中的全氮、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的代谢进行了系统的分析.麦后移栽棉主要生育阶段糖、氮代谢与麦套移栽棉相似,现蕾、初花期为可溶性糖含量高峰期,盛蕾、盛花期为全氮,可溶性蛋白含量高峰期;麦后直播棉一生中生理代谢较麦套和麦后移栽棉旺盛,现蕾、盛花期为可溶性糖含量高峰期,苗期、初花期为全氮含量高峰期,可溶性蛋白含量呈单峰曲线,初花期为可溶性蛋白含量高峰。麦后直播棉生长中心转移较慢,糖、氮利用率低.Systematic studies on metabolites of nitrogen,sugar and soluble protein were made in cottonsowed or transplanted after wheat harvesting and transplanted cotton interplanted with wheat,during thewhole growth period.The metabolites of sugar and nitrogen of cotton transplanted after wheat harvesting were similar tothose of transplanted cotton interplanted with wheat.Metabolites of cotton sowed after wheat harvesting were more vigorous than those of transplanted cot-ton,during the whole growth period while the efficiency of usage of sugar was somewhat lower.Transferringof nitrogen metabolite to sugar metabolite was delayed.
