神经生长液活血化瘀药理作用及对小鼠耐力的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究神经生长液的药理作用 ,以及对小鼠耐力的影响。方法 :大鼠随机分成 5组 :神经生长液高、中、低剂量组 ,华佗再造丸组 (阳性对照 ) ,空白对照组。灌胃法给药 15天。心脏取血 ,采用凝固比浊法对APTT、PT进行测定 ,用Derive法测定FIB ;全自动血细胞计数仪测定血小板数。小鼠随机分成 5组 :神经生长液高、中、低剂量组 ,刺五加组 (阳性对照 ) ,空白对照组。以灌胃法给药 15天。测定各组小鼠负重 10 %体重游泳时间。结果 :神经生长液高剂量能显著延长APTT(P <0 .0 5 )及显著延长小鼠负荷游泳时间 (P <0 .0 1)。但对PT、FIB和血小板数无明显影响。结论 :神经生长液具有活血化瘀的作用 ,表现内源性凝血时间延长。神经生长液可增强小鼠的耐力。Objective:To study the pharmacological action of nerve growth decotion (NGD)on promoting blood circulation and stamina of mice.Methods:i.g.the high,middle and low dose of NGD, drawing blood from the heart after fifteen days. Activated-partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) were measured by turbimetry method and fibrinogen (FIB) was determined by derive method .Test the drowned time by carrying 10% body weight on mice back.Results: The high dose of NGD can enlong APTT obviously(P<0.05),have no influence on PT,FIB and the number of platelet. The high and middle dose of NGD can prolong the swimming time(P all <0.05).Conclusions:NGD had the the pharmacological action of promoting blood circulation.The action may be consisted of enlonging the clotting time. NGD can raise stamina of mice.
