摘　　要：奈必洛尔是新型选择性 β 受体阻滞剂 ,是一种兼有血管扩张作用的新型降压药物。主要介绍其药效学、药代动力学、疗效、耐受性和国内外对其合成工作的研究进展。S,R,R,R)-nebivolol is a new type of selective β-adrenergic blocker,which has function about the expand of blood vessel for lower hypertension.The main study of nebivolol's pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,therapeutic efficacy,tolerability and the progress of the synthesis research work were introduced in this text.
