摘 要:目的 :研究阿魏酸川芎嗪的体内外抗血小板聚集作用。方法 :体外实验设无水乙醇空白对照组、川芎嗪阳性对照组和阿魏酸川芎嗪组 ,体内实验设生理氯化钠溶液对照组、川芎嗪组阳性对照组和阿魏酸川芎嗪组 ,用MPG - 3E型血液聚集仪测定ADP诱导血小板最大凝集率。结果 :体内外实验中 ,阿魏酸川芎嗪组的血小板最大凝集率均较阴性对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,对血小板聚集的抑制作用强于同浓度或同剂量的川芎嗪对照组 ,其IC50 =0 .0 5 4mol·L-1。结论 :阿魏酸川芎嗪对ADP诱导的血小板体内外聚集均有显著的抑制作用。Objective:To study the in vitro and in vivo anti-platelet-aggregation effect of tetramethylpyrazine ferulate.Methods:In the in vitro experiment,there were absolute ethanol control group,tetramethylpyrazine positive control group and tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group.In the in vivo experiment,there were sodium chloride injection control group,tetramethylpyrazine positive group,and tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group.The ADP induced maximum platelet aggregation rate was measured by MPG-3E type blood instrument.Results: In the in vivo experiment,the maximum platelet aggregation rates in tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group were significantly lower than those of positive control group (P<0.01),and the inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation in tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group was stronger than those of tetramethylpyrazine group.In the in vitro experiment,there were good dose-effect relationship in anti-platelet aggregation effect for tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group,IC 50=0.054 mol·L -1.Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine ferulate has significant inhibitory effect on ADP induced platelet aggregation in the in vitro experiment.
