棉酚衍生物对雌性大鼠的局部抗早孕作用

摘　　要：本文报道了六种毒性低于棉酚的酚醛类化合物对雌性大鼠的抗生育作用。将妊娠大鼠按不同药物及不同剂量分组,在动物妊娠第七天,分别在子宫内注入棉酚衍生物,于妊娠第14天剖腹观察宫内胚胎情况。结果表明,六种棉酚衍生物在剂量大于棉酚抗早孕药量一倍时,均有显著的抗早孕作用。抗早孕率为95—100%。与棉酚同剂量时,其中三种的抗早孕作用显著下降,抗早孕率低干55%。2,4二羟基荼醛的抗早孕作用也显著低于棉酚。酚醛类 NC009的抗早孕作用虽然很强。但局部刺激症状严重,似不宜作局部抗生育药。酚醛类 NS013具有明显的抗早孕作用,当与棉酚同剂量时,抗孕作用超过棉酚。剂量为棉酚的2/3时,抗早孕率为95.7%,当剂量为棉酚的1/2时,抗早孕率为89.4%。由此可见,毒性低于棉酚的酚醛类 NS013有希望代替棉酚作为女性局部抗生育药物。即代替手术作为人工流产的药物。The antifertility actions of six gossypol derivatives in female rats are repoted in this article.Pregnant rats were divided into different groups according to the drugs used and various doses applied.Gossypol derivatives of various kinds and different doses were injected into the uterus of rats on theseventh day of pregnancy.All the animals were sacrificed and examined on the 14th day ofpregnancy.It is found that six gossypol derivatives have evident results in antiearly pregnancy as theamout used increases double to that dosage of gossypol.The percentage of antiearly pregnant animals is95——100 percent.Three of the six gossypol derivatives with decreased effect of the amount of drugused same to that of gossypol.The percentage of antiearly pregnant animals is less than 55percent.Although the effect of antiearly pregnancy action of NC009 is evident,but the symptom of localirritation is quite severe.It is therefore not suitable as a drug for local antifertility.The antiearlypregnancy that of 2,4—Dihydroxy—naphthaldehyde is evidently below that of gossypol.Effect ofantiearly pregnancy action of NS013 is evident,as the amout of grug is same to that of gossypol,therate of antiearly pregnant animals is hight than gossypol.As the amout of drug decreases to half ofthat of gossypol,the rate of antiearly pregnant animals is 89.4 percent.It is hopeful that NS013 canbe effectively used as femal antifertility drug in stead of gossypol.
