摘  要:目的 研究河流底泥重金属镉污染对鳙鱼血细胞微核率的影响。 方法 在含不同浓度 Cd2 + 底泥环境下饲养鳙鱼 ,并分别于实验的 15、2 5、35、4 5、5 5、6 5、75和 85 d,每次每组随机取 4尾鱼 ,取其血细胞涂片、染色 ,测定其微核细胞率。 结果 底泥 Cd2 + 含量与水体中 Cd2 + 浓度正相关 ;随水体中 Cd2 + 浓度升高 ,鳙鱼血细胞的微核细胞率也升高 ,表现出明显的量效关系。Objective To survey the genetic materials damage of Arisitichthys nobili's blood cells caused by heavy metal cadmium in river silt. Methods Ansitichtys nobili were bred with river silt of different concentration of Cd 2+, blood cells were smeared and stained. The rate of cell with micronuclei was determined. Results A strong correlation has been noted between the concentration of Cd 2+ in river silt and the concentration of Cd 2+ in water. The rate of cell with micronuclei increased as the concentration of Cd 2+ raised, fitting good quantity-effect relationship. Conclusion Heavy metal cadmium in river silt injures the genetic materials of Arisitichthys nobili's blood cells.
