摘　　要：人才问题是我国改革开放和现代化建设中的一个重大问题 ,邓小平人才思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。邓小平对人才思想道德素质的要求 ,对于高等学校大学生思想道德教育具有巨大的指导意义。从邓小平的这一理论出发 ,全面分析当代大学生的思想道德状况 ,探讨提高大学生思想道德素质的一些具体方法 。The issue of talents is an important subject in th e opening-up and reform of China and building modernizations.Deng Xiaopings t hought on talents is the important part of Deng Xiaopings theory.Deng Xiaoping s requirement for talents ideological and moral quality contains guiding sig nificance for ideological and moral education of college students.According to D eng Xiaoping theory,it is theoretically and practically significant for fosterin g talents,fully analyse ideological and moral situation of contemporary college students and to explore some concrete approaches to raise ideological and moral quality of college students.
