摘  要:应用动物实验研究了国产碳纤维(CF)和聚酯纤维(PF)的生物相容性,结果表明,PF 诱导产生的胶原纤维更为成熟,其结构与正常组织相似,植入关节腔后能为机体承受,因而 PF 的生物相容性优于 CF。The biocompatibility of carbon fibers(CF)and polyester fibers(PF)was inves- tigated on rabbits.The results show that collagenfibers induced by PF are more mature than those induced by CF,the structure of fibers induced by the former is similar to that of normal ligament tissue,and the PF can be well tolerated by rabbits after being implanted into the articular cavity.The biocompatibility of PF is better than that of CF,and,therefor,is suitable for reconstructing intraarticular ligament.
