摘 要:为观察家蝇室内连续饲养的各代蛹期特征 ,将家蝇引入室内 ,采用人工配制的幼虫饲料在室内进行连续饲养 ,分别随机挑取室内第 1~ 6代 1日龄蛹 ,及时称量鲜蛹重及干蛹重 ,测量蛹长 ,并记录各代羽化率。结果发现 ,第 1代羽化率为 70 ,其余几代羽化率均高于 90。第 5代蛹长显著性小于第 2、3代蛹长 ,第 6代蛹长显著性小于第 1~ 3代蛹长。第 5代鲜蛹重显著性小于第 2、3代鲜蛹重 ,第 6代鲜蛹重显著性小于第 1~ 5代鲜蛹重。第 4~ 6代干蛹重均显著性小于第 2、3代干蛹重。提示室内饲养的家蝇各代羽化率稳定在较高水平 ,而蛹期形态从第 4代开始有减小趋势。To investigate the pupal characters in different generations of Musca domestica indoors, the housefly was continuously reared by an artifical diet which mainly made up of wheat bran and fish meal, pupae were collected randomly from the first generation to the sixth generation, weighed, measured respectively, and the emergence rates were recorded. The results showed that the emergence rate of the first generation was 70%, and the rest generations kept high rates of emergence. Pupal lengths and weights of the fifth and the sixth generations were significantly less than those of the second and the third generations, it could be deduced that the pupal size would become small when continuously reared indoors.
