摘  要:目的 建立SARS患者红细胞天然免疫粘附功能的快速检测方法 ,探讨天然免疫清除功能在评估SARS病情发展变化中的意义。方法 红细胞天然免疫粘附功能快速检测方法 :将 1μl离心沉淀的红细胞和 10 0 μl自身血浆与 15 0 μl定量的靶细胞混合 ,37℃水浴 30min。 1个结合 5个或以上红细胞的靶细胞为一个粘附功能单位 ,计算粘附率。结果 临床确诊为SARS的病人在收住院 1周内其红细胞天然免疫粘附功能即不同程度地下降 ,并且随病情的加重持续降低 ,随病情好转开始回升 ,在完全恢复期出现一过性地高于正常人平均水平 ,随后稍有下降 ;死亡前病人的红细胞天然免疫粘附功能全部消失。结论 红细胞天然免疫粘附功能快速检测方法操作简单、重复性和稳定性好 ,可作为临床动态观察SARS病情发展变化、疗效评估及预后判断的重要参考指标。Objective To study the changes of erythrocyte innate immune adhering function in self-plasma EIIAF in patients with server acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) at different stages, and investigate the significance of EIIAF in evaluating the severity of the patients with SARS. Methods One ml of red blood cell and 100μl plasma of patient was directly mixed with 150μl of quantitative target antigen cells at 37℃ for 30?min. One target cell attached by 5 or more erythrocytes was counted as one rosette. Calculated the ratio of rosettes. Results The ability of EIIAF in 45 cases with SARS was significantly lower than that of healthy individuals (P<0.01). EIIAF was greatly decreased while the patient condition gets worse and disappeared in dying patients. EIIAF was returned to the normal level when the patients getting better, and EIIAF enhanced above normal level in the cured patients for several days, and then back to normal level. Conclusion There is a good relationship between EIIAF and the severity of patients with SARS. It may be important to detect the changes of EIIAF in the assessment of the disease and prognosis.
