摘　　要：建立在"天赋使命"基础上的霸权稳定论为美国价值观的输出提供了理论基础。通过分析霸权稳定论的形成、发展和文化渊源,阐述美国新霸权主义的表现,指出霸权体系的不稳定和天赋使命的虚幻,从理论的缺陷和形势的发展论证新霸权的不合理。The theory of hegemonic stability based on the American mission supplies theoretical basis for the exportation of American values.This essay analyses the shaping, development and cultural origin of the theory of hegemonic stability, elaborates the display of American new hegemonism, In the end, this essay points out the instability of the system of hegemony and the illusion of the American mission, demonstrates the unreason of American new hegemonism from theoretical drawbacks and the development of the situation.
