氯沙坦与福辛普利逆转原发性高血压左心室肥厚的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比研究应用氯沙坦和福辛普利逆转原发性高血压 (EH)伴左心室肥厚 (LVH)的作用。方法 :将 12 0例EHLVH患者随机分为氯沙坦组 (n =6 0 )和福辛普利组 (n =6 0 ) ,于服药前及服药 6个月后分别测定血压、室间隔厚度 (IVST)、左心室后壁厚度 (PWT)、左心室舒张末期直径 (LVDd)、左心室重量指数 (LVMI)、左心室射血分数 (LVEF)、心排血量 (CO)和A/E峰值。结果 :两组患者经治疗后血压、IVST、PWT、LVDd、LV MI、A/E峰值均显著降低 (均P <0 .0 1) ,而LVEF、CO无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :氯沙坦与福辛普利均能逆转LVH 。Objective:To compare the reveasal effects on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) by losartan and fosinopril in essential hypertension.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients of essential hypertension(EH)with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) were randomly divided into two groups: losartan group(n=60) and fosinopril group (n=60).Blood pressure and interventricular septum thickness(IVST), posterior wall thickness(PWT), LV diastolic dimension(LVD d), LV mass index(LVMI), LV ejection fraction(LVEF), cardiac output (CO), VA, VE, A/E radio were measured before and after 6 months treatment.Results:After 6 months treatment with Losartan and Fosinopril, blood pressure and IVST, PWT, LVD d, LVMI, A/E radio were decreased obviously (P< 0.01 ), but there is no change on LVEF, CO in two groups (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion:Losartan and fosinopril have similar regressive effects on LVH of essential hypertension, and have similar improvement effects on LV diastolic function with EH.
