养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征病人红细胞胰岛素受体的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征 (IRS)胰岛素受体的影响。方法 :对 67例胰岛素抵抗综合征病人随机分为养心通脉片组 (治疗组 )和二甲双胍片组 (对照组 ) ,均治疗 8周 ,观察比较“高亲和力红细胞受体的结合胰岛素位点数 (EIR -H )”和“低亲和力红细胞受体的结合胰岛素位点数 (EIR -L)”。结果 :治疗后养心通脉片组IRS病人EIR -H和EIR -L均有明显提高 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,二甲双胍片组EIR -H显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而EIR -L有所增高 ,但无统计学意义。两组的差值比较 ,养心通脉片组的EIR -L显著高于二甲双胍片组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :两药均能有效地增加胰岛素受体数目及胰岛素受体亲和力 ,养心通脉片对IRS病人EIR的调节明显优于二甲双胍片。Objective:To study the effects of Yangxing Tongmai Tablets (YTT) on insulin receptor of Insulin Resistance Syndrome (IRS). Methods:67 IRS patients were divided into YTT group (treatment group) and Metformin Tablets group (MFT) (compared group), both were treatmented 8 weeks. The number of High Affinity of erythrocyte insulin receptor (EIR-H) combinationing and Low Affinity of erythrocyte insulin receptor (EIR-L) combinationing were compared to those in the beginning. Results:After treatment, EIR-H and EIR-L of IRS patients in YTT group both showed significant increase (P<0.01). EIR-H of IRS patients in MFT group showed significant increase (P<0.01), EIR-L also showed increase but does't show a statisticses meaning.The different mumber compared, EIR-L of YTT group is significant higher than the MFT group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The 2 tablets both increase the number of the insulin receptor and increase high affinity of insulin receptor effectly. YTT has a greater effect on IRS patients than the MFT.
