因环止血胶囊抗炎、镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验观察固环止血胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:抗炎实验采用耳廓肿、足跖肿法、毛细血管通透性法;镇痛实验采用热板法、扭体法及缩宫素致痛法。结果:各项实验结果均显示,试药组与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:固环止血胶囊具有抗炎和镇痛作用。Objective: To observe the and - inflammation and analgesia effect of Guhuanzhixuejiaonang (GHZXJN) . Methods:Anti-inflammation was tested by auricle swelling,egg- white caused arthroncus and acetic acid caused capillary permebility enhancement. Analgesia was tested by scald - plate caused sole - ache, actic acid caused bellyache,and Oxytocin caused bellyache. Results: All of the expetimental results showed that there were significant differences between the treatment groups and the control groups ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:GHZXJN has effect of anti - inflammation and analgesia.
