摘 要:目的 观察溶石冲剂对大鼠泌尿系结石形成的影响。方法 用乙二酰胺喂饲法致大鼠泌尿系结石 ,以结石动物数、结石率、肾组织中草酸和钙含量及结晶面积百分比为指标 ,研究溶石冲剂对乙二酰胺喂饲法致大鼠泌尿系结石的影响。结果 溶石冲剂 5 .8,11.6 ,17.4 g/kg剂量组能明显降低湿肾组织中草酸和钙含量及结晶面积比 ,17.4 g/kg剂量组能明显减少肾脏、输尿管、膀胱总结石动物数。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Rongshi granule on renal stone formation in rat urolithiasis model. METHOD Rats of the stone group were given oxalamide while the Rongshi granule groups (low dose group、middle dose group and high dose group) were adminstrated by Rongshi granule in addition to receiving oxalamide. Control rats were treated with saline. Positive rats were treated with christina loosestrife herb granule in addition to receiving oxalamide . The variables measured were the contents of oxalic acid and calcium in kidneys, the incidence of kidney stone, and the rate of crystal areas in kidney. RESULTS The number of renal, ureter and bladder stone formation was lower in the high dose groups than in the stone group. The contents of oxalic acid and calcium,and the percentage of crystal area were significantly lower in all of the Rongshi granule groups than in the stone group. CONCLUSION Rongshi granule was effective in preventing and treating Urolithiasis of rats induced by oxalamide.
