摘　　要：用改进的 Finkelstein 方法从 Wg2(El-Tor 生物型)弧菌菌株中制备了可溶性血凝素(SHA)和细胞结合血凝素,并对其性质进行了研究。SHA 具有两种功能,它既能凝集鸡的红细胞又能降解某些蛋白质,具蛋白酶的活性。SHA 的最大活性需要 Ca^(2+),活性不被 D-甘露糖、D-果糖、L-果糖和 L-岩藻糖等单糖抑制。在4℃时其活性最稳定。The soluble hemagglutinin(SHA)and the cell-associated hemagglutinin from an El Tor V.cholerae strain(Wg2)were purified by modified Finkelstein's method;and we have studied the characterization of the HA.SHA is a difunctional molecule capable of mediating hemagglutination and proteolysis.SHA required Ca^(2+) ions for maximum activity and it mediated hemagglutination reactions that are not inhibited by D-mannose,D-fructose or L-fructose.
