安神益脑丸的质量标准研究

摘　　要：建立了安神益脑丸的质量标准。运用薄层色谱法定性鉴别安神益脑丸中的当归、何首乌、女贞子、墨旱莲。用高效液相色谱法定量测定安神益脑丸中二苯乙烯苷的含量。结果表明二苯乙烯苷在 0 .6～ 3μg线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999。所建立的方法准确、可靠 。The quality standard for Anshen Yinao Wan was established. Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels; Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Ligustrum lucidum Ait; Eclipta prostrata L. were identified by TLC, and the content of stilbene glucoside was determined by HPLC. The result was that stilbene glucoside showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.6~3 μg, r =0.9999. The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Anshen Yinao Wan
