赖诺普利治疗老年高血压病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较赖诺普利与卡托普利治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:31例老年高血压病患者为治疗组(男性27例,女性4例;年龄68±6a),给予赖诺普利10～30mg,po,Qd。另设对照组28例(男性25例,女性3例;年龄67±7a),给予卡托普利12.5～25mg/次,po、bid或tid。四周为一疗程。结果:赖诺普利组降压总有效率93.6%,卡托普利组89.3%,组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。降压幅度组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组副作用轻微。结论:赖诺普利治疗老年高血压病安全有效,副作用小。Objective To compare the clinical efficacies and safety of lisinopril and captopril. Methods Lisinopril group of 31 patients (M 27, F 4; age 68±6a) received lisinopril 10-30mg, po, qd for 4wk. The controll group of 28 patients (M 25, F 3; age 67±7a ) received captopril 12.5-25mg, po, bid or tid for 4 wk. Results The total response rates of lisinopril group and captopril group were 93.6%and 89.3%(P>0.05). There were no significant differences(P>0.05) between 2 groups in the hypotensive effect. The side effects of 2 groups were mild. Conclusion Lisinopril is effective and safe in treating primary hypertension in aged patients. The side effect of lisinopril is mild.
