摘　　要：目的:总结基层医院临时心脏起搏器临床应用体会。方法:经右股静脉途径应用普通起搏电极抢救治疗缓慢心律失常及心脏骤停病人。结果:4例起搏电极均安置成功,3例起搏良好,并成功撤除临时心脏起搏器。结论:临时心脏起搏是安全可靠有效的抢救治疗缓慢性心律失常的手段,在基层医院值得推广。Objective Summarization of the clinical application of temporary pacemaker in hospitals of primary level. Methods Using ordinary pacemaker to rescue and treat patients with slowly abnormal heart rate and sudden stoppage of heart beat through the right femoral veins. Results Pacemaker electrode was successfully put in two cases, one of the hearts kept beating smoothly.After the patients were on the mend, the pacemaker was withdrawn without any preblems. Conclusions pacemaker is a safe, reliable and effective instrument in treating cases with slowly abnormal heart rate and is worth of popularizing in grassroots hospitals.
