摘　　要：目的 探讨助理护士职业态度水平及其对策。方法 采用问卷法对135名助理护士的职业态度进行调查。结果 助理护士的职业态度评分偏低(评分2.31±0.16),其中情感态度较差(评分1.68±0.28),行为倾向不太理想(评分2.80±0.30),认知态度好(评分3.55±0.42)。主要原因是福利待遇过低、受歧视、人际关系处理不良等。结论 护理管理者应采取有效措施提高助理护士的工作满意度,及时纠正其不良职业态度。Objective To investigate the professional attitude of assistant nurses and the countermeasures. MethodsA self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey the professional attitude of assistant nurses. Results The pro-fessional attitude of the assistant nurses was not really perfect (score: 2.31±0.16). Among them the emotion at-titude was worse (score: 1. 68±0. 28), the positive behavior tendency was not really perfect (score: 2. 80±0.30), but the perception attitude was good (score: 3.55±0.42). The main reasons were low welfare treatment,discriminated, poor social communicative ability and so on. Conclusion Nursing supervisors should take effectivesteps to increase the working satisfaction of the assistant nurses and improve their Bad professional attitude.
