摘  要:目的 探讨参七虫草胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)大鼠模型细胞因子的影响。方法  3月龄健康♂Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为 5组。COPD大鼠模型组采用香烟熏结合LPS(大肠杆菌内毒素 )气管滴入复制。采用双抗体夹心、ABC ELISA法 ,测定大鼠前后血清的干扰素 γ(IFN γ)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、白介素 4 (IL 4 )、白介素 10 (IL 10 )的水平。结果 参七虫草胶囊可使大鼠模型组血清TNF α、IFN γ明显升高 ,而IL 4、IL 10则减低 ,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 参七虫草胶囊可调节慢阻肺 (COPD)Objective To investigate the action mechanism of SHENQICHONGCAO capsule on cytokines in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomized to five groups, there were 10 rats in each group. According to pathogenesis of COPD, The model of COPD(model group) was developed by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS 1 g/L) twice and exposure to cigarette smoke daily. Then general condition, level of cytokines (IFN γ、TNF α、IL 4、IL 10) were measured and observed. Results In contrast with normal group, the IFN γ and TNF α level of model group were obviously higher, the contents of IL 4 and IL 10 were lower. Whereas the reverse was true for the group of SHENQICHONGCAO capsule. Conclusion SHENQICHONGCAO capsules can regulate the cytokines of COPD.
