消肿乳糜清治疗丝虫性乳糜尿的观察与护理

摘　　要：通过对165例丝虫性乳糜尿住院病人采用消肿乳糜清(400 mg/片)12g/d,分3次服,配合对症治疗,严密观察病人的病情变化,并采取心理护理、饮食护理及药物疗效的观察等综合护理措施。经1个疗程治疗后有效率达97.5％,治愈129例(78.1％),好转32例(19.4％),无效4例(2.4％)。用消肿乳糜清治疗乳糜尿均取得较好疗效,做好服药的观察和病人的整体护理,有利于病人早日康复。Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and nusing experience of using detumescent chyle-clearance on chyluria. Methods: 165 in-patients were treated with detumescent chyle-clearance (400 mg/tablets) 12 g/patient, 3 times a day, combining with diet therapy and strict observation and records of psychic status and adverse reaction of the patients, relative therapeutic and nursing measures were applied also. Results:The effective rate in the treatment group of the patients after 1 course of treatment reached 97. 5% , that is 129 cases were cured (78. 1% ) , improvement was demonstrated 32 cases (19. 4% ) and in 4 cases no effect was shown. Conclusion:It showed that better therapeutic effects were demonstrated in all the cases of chyluria treated with detumescent chyle-ctearance. It is helpful to offer observation and nursing care well on the patients during the treatment and receive rehabilitation earlier.
