摘　　要：以蓖麻油与聚醚(N210,Mn=1000)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,乙二醇和二乙烯三胺进行两次扩链,引入环氧氯丙烷、马来酸酐等亲水单体,通过丙酮法制得了稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液。将乳液与外加乳化剂、水混合后加入含有偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的丙烯酸丁酯溶液,在80℃反应3h,再升温反应1h,可得到稳定的聚氨酯 丙烯酸酯乳液,使聚丙烯酸酯的耐溶剂性能有较大的提高,并对其进行了红外光谱、透射电镜以及DSC分析。结果表明,聚氨酯乳液和聚丙烯酸酯乳液并不是简单的机械共混,而是部分PU所含的CC双键和BA发生接枝共聚反应,构成了网络(I)PU富集在壳层,网络(Ⅱ)PA富集在核的近似核壳结构,并且二者分子链相互贯穿与缠结,形成了互穿网络结构。Based on caster oil , polyethylene glycol(N210,Mn=1000) and tuluene diisocyanate(TDI) , stable waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared through acetone process by way of twice chainextending with glycol and diethylene triamine and introduction of hydrophilic monomers as epoxy chloropropane and maleic anhydride(MAH) . The emulsion was blended with emulsifier and water, and then butyl acrylate(BA) solution containing 2,2AZObisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) added for 3 hrs of reaction and 1 hr of temperature elevation at 80℃ to get stable polyurethaneacrylate emulsion resulting in significant increase of solvent resistance. Compositions and structure of the copolymers were determined by means of infrared spectrum, Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results show that the two emulsions are not only blended mechanically, but part of CC double bonds in molecules of PU is graft copolymerized with BA to form the network (Ⅰ) where PU enriched in the shell and network(Ⅱ) where PA enriched in the approximate coreshell structure. The molecular chains of networks(Ⅰ) (Ⅱ) are interpenetrated and intertwined to become an interpenetrated network structure.
