摘 要:采用醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及有机硅单体进行乳液共聚合,制备出了一种新型改性PVAc乳液。研究了聚合工艺、乳化剂、BA和有机硅单体等对聚合反应、乳液及乳胶膜性能的影响。研究表明:预乳化工艺明显优于半连续法工艺;当使用OP 10和十二烷基硫酸钠作为复合乳化剂时,乳液的聚合稳定性和放置稳定性均很好;随着配方中BA用量的增加,乳液稳定性逐渐提高,乳液的最低成膜温度(MFT)依次降低。Emulsions of polyvinyl acetate, butyl acrylate and organosilicon were synthesized to prepare a novel modified polymer emulsion. Influences of polymerization processes, emulsifiers, BA and organosilicons on polymerization and properties of copolymer emulsions and their films were investigated. Results showed that preemulsion process was clearly better than semicontinuous method, and polymerization stability and shelf stability of emulsion were satisfactory when OP10 and sodium dodecyl sulfate were used as composite emulsifiers. With increase of amount of BA, copolymer emulsions stability increased gradually whereas the minimum filmforming temperature in its turn decreased.
