电化学发光免疫分析正常育龄妇女月经周期六种激素测定的变化

摘　　要：目的检测 30例正常育龄妇女月经周期中六种激素水平。方法用电化学发光免疫分析 (ECLIA)。结果促黄体生成素 (LH)、促卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)随月经周期变化 ,LH、FSH、E2 在排卵期出现高峰。P在黄体期出现高峰 ,垂体泌乳素 (PRL)、睾酮 (T)无周期性变化。本文 30例育龄妇女月经周期中六种激素正常参考值与国外育龄妇女正常参考值比较 ,检测值偏小。结论用ECLIA测定 ,各实验室应建立自己的正常参考值范围。Objective To determine the values of six kinds of hormones of 30 cases of normal women of chidbearing age. Methods Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) was applied in the determination.Results The values of LH,FSH,E 2,P varied by the changes of menstrual cycle,the peak values of LH,FSH,E 2 occurred in ovulatory period,the peak values of P occurred in luteal stage,and no circular changes occurred for the values of PRL and T.The normal reference values of the six kinds of hormones in menstrual cycle for the 30 cases of women of childbearing age,compared with the normal reference values of women of childbearing age abroad,its determination range evidently narrowed .Conclusion Each lab should make out the relative refeerence range of normal value when ECLIA was applied in the determination.
