摘  要:目的 建立联立方程新解法测定滴眼液中氯霉素含量。方法 用联立方程新解法直接测定氯霉素含量。 2 78nm为测定波长 ,2 5 9nm为参比波长 ,水作空白 ,并与药典法进行比较。结果 方法平均回收率为 99.10 %± 0 .11% ,RSD为 0 .12 %。测定结果与药典法相比没有显著差别。结论 本方法可排除干扰直接测定滴眼液中氯霉素含量。Aim To determine the concentration of chloramphenicol in eye drops.Method The concentration of chloramphenicol in eye drops was determined directly by the new vierordt method which eliminating the interference of ethylparaben without separation.Detection wavelength was 278nm,parameter wavelength was 259nm,and the blank space was pure water.The method for determination chloramphenicol was compared with that in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The average recovery of chloramphenicol was 99.10%±0.11% with RSD of 1.2%.There was no marked differenence between the method and that in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion The method was a reliable to determine directly the concentration of chloramphenicol in eye drops with eliminating the interfernce.
