CT定向抽吸术治疗急性高血压脑出血

摘　　要：对31例急性高血压脑出血进行 CT 引导立体定向抽吸、尿激酶溶解清除血肿手术,同时注入凝血酶溶液防止再出血。术后神经恢复显效率83.9%,再出血1例,死亡2例。表明本手术方法安全、准确性高,对脑组织损伤小,神经功能恢复良好;凝血酶注入血肿腔对防止再出血行之有效、简便易行。另就手术时机、适应证以及再出血的防治进行了讨论。31 cases of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by the CT-guided stereotactic surgical removal in our hospital from June,1990 to May,1991.Solution of urecase was injected into capacity of hematoma for dissolving clot,and coagulin for preventing rebleeding.After operation,26 cases showed significant improvcment of nervous functions(83.9%),1 reblee- ding,and 2 death.The result indicates this surgical method has characteris- tics of safety,accuracy,little side-effect on brain,and goog recovering of nervous functions.The operating opportunity,indication of the operation, and prevention of rebleeding are discussed in this paper.
