摘　　要：本文报告 CT 引导脑立体定向术10例。其中9例为颅内病变活检,全部确诊。1例为亚急性高血压脑出血血肿穿刺引流,无1例伤残。就手术入路、靶点选择及并发症进行了探讨。From June,1989 to July,1990,10 cases of brain lesion had been operated by CT guided stereotaxy.Among them,9 cases took a biopsy,A definite pathological diagnosis was made in all patients.The other patient had a dr- ainage of the subacute hypertensive intracranial hematoma.There was no de- formity and operative mortality in this series.The operative approach, target's selection and complication are discussed in this article.
