不同药物与剂量分化诱导治疗 MDS 18例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用不同药物、不同剂量,分别以联合用药与单一用药对原始细胞过多性难治性贫血和转化中的原始细胞过多性难治性贫血共18例行分化诱导治疗。从血象、骨髓象及临床表现的变化发现:联合用药优于单一用药;联合用药中又以微小剂量优于小剂量组合。笔者认为,在目前对以上疾病尚无特异性疗法的情况下,以阿糖胞苷和高三尖杉酯碱的微小剂量联合用药,对争取上述两种 MDS 的亚型患者获得完全缓解与延长患者生存期有一定价值。We recently studied the effects of combination therapy of several matura-tion-inducing agents or single maturation-inducing agent on the peripheralblood cells count,bone marrow and clinical manifestation in 18 cases of MDS-RAEB MDS-RAEB-t patients.The findings show that the effects of combi-nation therapy were better than those of single agent therapy,while in com-bination therapy the mini-dosage therapy was better than the treatment withsmall dosage.We suggest that the combination therapy of Ara-c and H withmini-dosage may result in increment of complete remission rate and life span.
