老年肺心病血浆纤维结合素测定的临床意义

摘　　要：对43例老年肺心病血浆 Fn 含量进行测定。结果显示:老年肺心病缓解期和急性发作期血浆 Fn 含量均比非老年肺心病缓解期和急性发作期明显降低。(P<0.01);老年肺心病酸碱失衡中以失代偿呼吸性酸中毒和呼吸性酸中毒并代谢性酸中毒患病率为高,两组血浆 Fn 含量均低于其他酸减失衡组,与无酸减失衡组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。认为血浆 Fn 测定可作为老年肺心病诊断方法之一。Plasma fibronectin (Fn) levels were determined in 43 senile patients withchronic cot pulmonale.The Fn levels at the time of relief and acute attackwere 22.24±4.21 mg/dl and 10.56±2.34 mg/dl,respectively.Both were signi-ficantly lower than those in subjects without chronic cot pulmonale.Imbala-nced respiratory and respiratory and metabolic acidosis were well complicatedin senile patients with chronic cor pulmonale and the Fn levels with suchcomplications were 14.36±3.21mg/dl and 12.02±5.37mg/dl.Thus,plasma Fnlevels can be used as a method of diagnosis and treatment in senile patientswith chronic cor pulmonale.
