运动诱发无痛性心肌缺血时TX B2、6-酮-PGF1α的变化

摘  要:用放免法测定50例正常健康人(正常组)、15例运动试验时无痛性心肌缺血的冠心病者(SI 组)及15例运动试验时心绞痛的冠心病者(AP 组),静息时和踏车运动试验时血浆 TXB_2、6-酮-PGF_(1α)浓度。结果:(1)静息时3组血浆 TXB_2 水平无差异,但 SI 组及 AP 组6-酮-PGF_(1α)稍低于正常组;(2)运动时正常组 TXB_2 轻度增高、6-酮-PCF_(1α)显著增高,而 SI 组则 TXB_2 显著增高、6-酮-PGF_(1α)无明显改变;(3)静息及运动时 SI 组与 AP 组各项指标均无差异。提示运动时 TXA_2-PGI_2 平衡失调可能与无痛性心肌缺血的发生有关。At rest and during bicycle exercise,plasma TXB_2 and 6- keto-PGF_(1α)were measured by radioimmunoassay in 50 normal subiects (N group),15coronary heart disease patients who developed silent ischemia during bicycleexercise (SI group) and 15 coronary heart disease patients who developedangina pectoris during bicycle exercise (AP group).The results showed:(1)There was no difference in resting plasma TXB_2 levels among the threegroups,but the resting plasma 6 Keto-PGF_(1α) levels were slightly lower inSI group and AP group than in N group.(2) During exercise plasma TXB_2levels slightly increased and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) levels significantly increased inN group but plasma TXB_2 levels markedly increased and 6-Keto-PG F_(1α)levels had no significant change in SI group.(3) At rest and during exercise,there were no differences in plasma TXB_2,6-Keto-PG F_(1α) and ratio of TXB_2/6-Keto-PG F_(1α) between SI group and AP group.This study suggests thatTXA_2-PGI_(?) imbalance during exercise might have some bearing on the mec-hanism of exercise-induced silent ischemia.
