摘　　要：文章阐述了剪报作为快捷灵活、内涵丰富的信息产品 ,在公共图书馆与高校图书馆的服务形式上的异同点及其所发挥的特有价值、作用及意义。指出了阻碍剪报发展的主要问题 ,并提出了剪报在网络环境下可持续发展的几个条件。The author regards the press clipping as a fast,active and rich in information product,and discusses its special values,functions and significances,the similarities and differences in service forms between public libraries and college libraries.He also points out the major problem which hinders the development of the press clipping,and puts forward several preconditions of the sustainable development of press clipping under the Internet environment.
