摘　　要：网络环境改变了图书馆的传统服务方式 ,高校图书馆如何适应新形势 ,是一个亟待解决的问题。文章从四个方面探讨高校图书馆如何充分发挥资料信息的优势 。It is an important problem demanding prompt solution for the libraries to conform to the new situation,since the traditional service pattern has been changed by the Internet environment.How to take the advantages in using information resources and howto play an important in higher education for the college libraries are fully discussed in the article.
