摘  要:目的研究中药铁筷子多糖单独及联合阿苯达唑用药对小鼠继发性感染细粒棘球蚴的抑制作用,探讨其作用的机制及寻找药物治疗细粒棘球蚴病的新途径。方法动物实验共分4组:阿苯达唑组;铁筷子多糖组;铁筷子多糖+阿苯达唑组;对照组。对小鼠继发性感染细粒棘球蚴病药物治疗90d后,检测各组小鼠棘球蚴囊湿重;并进行病理组织学和超微结构观察。结果铁筷子多糖、阿苯达唑及联合用药组均有抑制小鼠棘球蚴生长的作用(抑囊率分别为38.23%,64.86%和77.54%),其中联合用药组明显优于单独用药组(P<0.05)。病理组织及超微结构观察发现各治疗组中棘球蚴囊壁组织和细胞均有不同程度的改变或破坏。结论铁筷子多糖对小鼠棘球蚴生长有一定的抑制作用,与阿苯达唑联合治疗效果更佳,这可能与铁筷子多糖提高小鼠机体的免疫力有关。联合用药是提高阿苯达唑驱虫效果的有效途径之一。Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Hellebarus thibetanus franch polysaccharose(HFPS) from Chinese herbs and Albendazole(ABZ) on the growth of Echinococcus granulosus in mice. Methods Mice were divided into different groups and treated with HFPS, ABZ, and HFPS combined with ABZ, or untreated control group. After being treated for 90 days, blood samples were taken by post eyeball and the mice were dissected. Indexes such as hydatid cyst wet weight, inhibition rate and histopathological changes of cyst both microscopically and electron microscopically were used to judge the effectiveness of the drug treatment on Echinococcus granulosus infection. Results The results showed that HFPS alone, ABZ alone and HFPS combined with ABZ had obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of hydatid cyst (inhibition rates were 38.23%, 64.86% and 77.54% respectively). Especially, the combination therapy of the two drugs, HFPS and ABZ, on Echinococcosus granulosus showed strong inhibition action. Conclusion HFPS may enhance Albendazole inhibitory effect against Echinococcosus granulosus.
