摘 要:目的 :探讨自制高分子聚乙烯颈椎融合器在山羊体内的应用 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :应用符合实验条件的本地空怀山羊 2 0只作为实验动物 ,随机均分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组植入自制颈椎融合器 ,内填塞自体松质骨 ,对照组植入自体髂骨块 ,6周后分别测试抗压缩力、椎间隙高度及病理学观察。结果 :实验组压缩载荷为 ((35 8.6 4± 15 .6 3)N) ,对照组为 (2 6 8.82± 11.36 )N ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2组椎间隙高度相比差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;实验组融合器周围组织切片有大量骨母细胞生长 ,与对照组无明显差别。结论 :自制颈椎融合器强度大、生物相容性好、稳定性好 。Aim:To investigate the application of the self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage in goats so as to provide experimental basis for future clinical use.Methods:A total of 20 goats were allocated into two groups of control and experiment. The strength of anti compression and intervertebral space height were tested.Results:There was significant difference between the groups of self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage and the autograft bone in terms of the strength of anti compression( P <0.05), but no significant difference in the intervertebral space height ( P >0.05);the self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage had good biocompatibility.Conclusion:The self designed cervical vertebral fusion cage is capable of high strength, good biocompatibility and stability.
