祛障灵滴眼液治疗白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：将白内障患者 70例 ,按顺序先后随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 0例 ,滴用祛障灵滴眼液 ,对照组 30例 ,滴用障翳散 ,对治疗前后视力变化、晶状体混浊情况进行评估。疗程 2～ 3个月。结果 :治疗组有效率 82 5 % ,对照组有效率 71 7%。显示祛障灵滴眼液治疗白内障初发期。Seventy cases of cataract were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by 'Quzhangling Eye Drops' and control group in which 30 cases were treated by 'Zhangyi Powder'. The eyesight and conditions of phacoscotasmus were compared before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total effective rate was 82.5% in treatment group and 71.7% in control group. It is indicated that the Eye Drops was fairly effective against the early stage of cataract, especially the cortical cataract.
