桂枝茯苓胶囊减轻药流后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察桂枝茯苓胶囊在药物流产中的临床疗效 ,将 2 0 0例停经 4 9天以后的早孕者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 10 0例 ,两组在药流的同时 ,治疗组加服桂枝茯苓胶囊。结果 :治疗组阴道出血量明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,阴道出血持续时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 1)。完全流产率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。两组胎囊排除时间无明显差异。提示桂枝茯苓胶囊能减少药流后出血量 ,缩短出血时间 。To explore the clinical effects of 'Guizhi Fuling Capsule' in drug induced abortion, 200 pregnant women with 49 day menolipsis were randomized into two groups, 100 cases in each group. In treatment group, 50 mg Mifepristone was given when the stomach was empty in the morning of the first, second and third days respectively; from the third day on, 600g of Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate and 0.93 g of 'Guizhi Fuling Capsule' were added, three times a day for total 10 days. In control group, 'Guizhi Fuling Capsule' was not given. Results: The amount of hemorrhage was obviously less in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01); the bleeding lasted shorter time in treatment group than in control group (P<0.01); the complete abortion rate was higher in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05); nevertheless, the fetus discharge was similar. It is showed that 'Guizhi Fuling Capsule' can decrease the amount of hemorrhage, shorten bleeding time and increase abortion rate.
