白芥子吴茱萸热敷法辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎70例

摘　　要：为观察白芥子吴茱萸热敷疗法辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效 ,设热敷组 70例 ,对照组 92例。对照组用抗生素等综合治疗 ,热敷组在对照组治疗基础上加白芥子吴茱萸热敷。结果 :咳嗽消失时间 ,热敷组平均为 (5 2± 2 8)天 ,对照组平均为 (8 5± 10 12 )天 ,P <0 0 1;肺部音消失时间 :热敷组平均为 (3 5± 1 6 2 )天 ,对照组平均为 (6 2 1± 11 30 )天 ,P <0 0 1。To observe the clinical effects of herbal compress in the treatment of childhood mycoplasmal pneumonia, 92 cases in control group were treated by antibiotics, and another 70 cases in treatment group were treated by herbal compress including ?Semen Sinapisand Fructus Evodiaebesides above antibiotics. Results: The cough disappeared within (5.2±2.8) days in treatment group and within (8.5±10.12) days in control group, P<0.01; the lung rale disappeared within (3.5±1.62) days in treatment group and (6.21±11.30) days in control group, P<0.01. It is suggested that herbal compress with Semen Sinapis and Fructus Evodiae has positive effects on childhood mycoplasmal pneumonia.
