摘　　要：目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(Obstrctive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)血流变学指标的变化。方法 对50例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者及50例健康人血液流变学指标进行检测。结果 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征组血流变学各项指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01,0.05)。结论 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血液流变性有异常改变,对此类患者进行血流变学检测具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheological indexes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) .Methods Hemorheological indexes were determined in 50 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and 50 cases of normal control. Results Hemorheological in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01,0.05). Conclusion There were hemorheological changes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Its clinical significance is important.
