摘　　要：目的　研究中国经济发达地区新生儿出生体重的分布规律。　方法　对来自江苏、浙江 2省 18个县 (市 )的围产保健监测资料进行流行病学描述性分析。以孕满 2 8周的围产儿为分析对象 ,共 4 0 2 4 5 8例。描述出生体重频数分布特征 ,按性别、城乡、孕周分层后 ,比较各层的出生体重。　结果　新生儿出生体重呈正态分布 ,平均为 (32 78± 4 18) g,男孩出生体重平均为 (332 8± 4 2 0 ) g,女孩为 (32 2 5± 4 0 9) g,男孩平均比女孩重 10 3g。城市新生儿出生体重平均为 (330 0± 4 2 1) g,农村为 (32 78± 4 18) g,城市高于农村。随孕周的增加 ,出生体重迅速上升 ,但是孕 4 2周以后 ,出生体重呈下降趋势。　结论　江苏、浙江 2省 18县 (市 )的新生儿出生体重高于全国平均水平 ,接近发达国家。Objective To study the distribution of the birth weight in the fluent area in China. Methods Using the epidemiological descriptive methods, analyze the perinatal health care data of 18 counties in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces collected by the Reproductive and Children Health Institute of Peking University. The data was stratified by sex, city or county, and gestational age. Results The total of the newborns is 402 458. The gestational ages of all newborns are above 28wks. The distribution of the birth weight is normal. The average birth weight of the new born is (3 278±418)g, the average birth weight of male is(3 328±420)g, that of female is(3 225±409)g, the birth weights of boys are 103g higher than that of girls. The average birth weight of newborn in urban area is(3 300±421)g, and higher than that of rural area(3 278±418)g. With the increasing of the gestational age, the birth weight increases, but when the gestational age is over 42 wks, the birth weight is declining. Conclusion The birth weight in the 18 counties in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces is higher than that in the national data, and is closing to those of the developed countries.
