摘　　要：从分析企业敏捷供需链的特点着手,介绍了造船企业敏捷供需链的特点及其体系结构,提出了造船企业敏捷供需链实施所应解决的关键问题,以确保提高造船企业管理目标的实现。This paper gives an exposition of the features and architecture of the agile supply chain of shipbuilding enterprises, and discusses the key problems which should be solved in order to implement such a chain.
