我国东西部矿产资源开发问题探讨

摘　　要：矿产资源开发是关系国家安全、影响社会经济可持续发展的重要问题。本文简要对比了我国东西部社会经济发展状况 ,提出东西部矿产资源开发中应注意的五个问题 ,在此基础上 ,进一步指出 ,西部地区矿产资源开发地域广阔 ,应以铀、金、铜、铬、钾以及铂族元素等战略和急缺矿种作为主要的勘查开发对象 ,主要目标是尽快摸清矿产资源潜力 ,发现矿产资源战略后备基地 ;东部地区原有矿山矿带深部有很大潜力 ,存在“第二”找矿空间 ,可以金、银、铜、铅、锌、钼、钨等矿产为重点 ,开展深部勘查和研究工作 ,为老矿业基地寻找接替资源。并针对西部和东部的不同特点和存在的问题 ,提出一些相应的建议和应采取的措施。Mineral resource exploration is a very importantissue,which relates to safety of our country and can affect the sustainable development of the social economy.A brief comparison on social economic development situation between the eastern region and the western region of China is made in the paper.And then the authors put forward five points that should be considered in the processes of mineral exploration.Further,the authors stress that there is large area for mineral exploration in the western region.We should pay more attention to those strategic and emergency ore species such as U,Au,Cu,Cr,K and ∑Pt,try to ascertain their potential and find out strategic base of mineral resources in the near future.As to the eastern region,there is the second space with high exploratory potential under the former ore deposits and ore belts.More exploratory and research work on those advantage commodities such as Au,Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,Mo and W should be carried out in deep zone,so as to find more subsequent mineral resource for the old mining industry base.At last,some suggestions on mineral exploration in the western and eastern region are given respectively according to their different features and existing problems.
